You received the wrong item or a damaged product.
Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
You canceled the order before it entered production or was shipped.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Custom print jobs that have already been approved or completed.
Design errors due to incorrect files or inputs provided by the customer.
Delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund.
Attach any supporting documents or photos (e.g., product damage).
4. Refund Review & Processing
Once your request is received:
Our support team will review the details within 3 business days.
If the request meets our refund eligibility, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute or unsatisfactory resolution:

We aim to resolve disputes within 5 working days through direct communication.
